  • Contact information, such as your name, email address, date of birth, and phone number.

  • Friend contact information, if applicable, such as name, phone number, or any contact information for your identified friends or contacts when using the call + location feature to text your location to those identified contacts.

  • Any other information you submit when you contact us through the App or engage directly with the App (for example your last recorded location of using the App).

We also may collect the following other information automatically when you use the App:

This is the only time that Parry will actively retrieve your exact location (when the call + location feature is enabled). It is up to the user if they wish to share their location once, only while using the app or always.

These technologies may use cookies to help us analyze how visitors use the App. The information generated by the cookies about your use of the App may include your IP address. If you so choose, you may be able to turn off cookies in the preferences settings in your browser. We may also use other technologies to monitor your activities on our App.

Your Choices

You may also have the option of not identifying yourself or of using a pseudonym when dealing with us, except where this is impractical, you have consented or agreed or where the law or a court order provides otherwise. For example, you may be able to restrict the collection of personal information or functionality through your device’s operating system or by disabling cookies but doing so may prevent you from using the functionality of the App. Some Internet browsers have a “do-not-track” feature that let you tell websites that you do not want to have your online activities tracked. Currently, the App does not respond to “do-not-track” signals. We may allow third parties to use the App to collect personal information about your online activities over time and across different websites, applications, and other online products or services. Please note that any opt-out choice you exercise through these programs will apply to interest-based advertising by the third parties you select but will still allow the collection of data for other purposes, including research, analytics, and internal operations. You may continue to receive advertising, but that advertising may be less relevant to your interests.
