A default recording will be automatically selected and you will receive that call within 30 seconds.

Unfortunately in order to receive the call, you will need to have service.

Yes. You can multitask or be out of the app and you will still receive the call. As long as the app is still open/running in the background, you will receive the call. You just cannot completely close or “kill” the app.
